Job Title Life Insurance- Administrative Assistant Location 403A-55 Head St Dundas, Ontario Hours Full Time / Part- Time, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM Job Responsibilities - Execute daily sales activities. - Calling Clients, scheduling, and organizing documents for our clients needs. - Working on our sales team. - Working with Desjardins back office for client support. Required Skills and Qualifications - Experience in Sales. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Solid communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
