Security Guard(Patrol Guard) (Hamilton)

G Force Security currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and visitors. If you have a background in law enforcement, loss prevention, or surveillance, we encourage you to apply Duties - Patrol the facility to ensure that all security policies and procedures are being followed - Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely manner - Conduct investigations into security breaches, theft, or other suspicious activities - Maintain detailed logs of all security-related incidents, activities, and patrols - Interact with visitors, staff, and contractors to ensure that everyone is aware of the facility's security protocols - Provide customer service to visitors and staff, including answering questions and directing them to their desired location Requirements - Prior experience working as a patrol guard or in a similar security role - Familiarity with security systems, cameras, and alarms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong customer service skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid security guard license - Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Ability to use technology, including security systems, cameras, and radios G Force Security is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
