Assistant or Associate Professor, Division of Education & Innovation Department of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University. The successful candidate will be a full‑time member of the Division of Education & Innovation and will be expected to contribute to the academic mission of the Faculty and Division. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will supervise undergraduate student projects and assume leadership roles in curriculum development, course coordination, and program‑level committees. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will participate in HESE thesis and project development in collaboration with the Faculty of Health Sciences, affiliated healthcare institutions, and biomedical engineering faculty. The successful candidate will possess a master’s degree in clinical research, combined with formal doctorate level clinical training and expertise in oral health and/or oral medicine. Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering innovative, data‑driven courses that bridge engineering, health sciences, and biomedical education is essential. A solid record of accomplishment in facilitation and teaching in interdisciplinary environments is required. The successful candidate will also demonstrate scholarly or applied contributions in oral health or related interdisciplinary areas, consistent with a teaching‑intensive academic appointment, along with strong leadership and engagement skills. Pay Transparency Statement The starting salary will not be less than $94,167, and will be determined based on rank, discipline, experience, and qualifications.
