Nail Technician Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician or Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and or Skincare and a flair for providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician/Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients while ensuring a clean and welcoming workplace. Duties Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance the client experience. Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer cutting-edge services. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols. Experience in upselling services and retail products is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
