Position Overview We are currently hiring Landscaping Crew Members to assist with nightly property maintenance, litter control, lot cleanup, and garbage removal services. The ideal candidate should be reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working overnight in outdoor environments while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities Perform litter control and property cleanup services. Collect and remove garbage from commercial properties and job sites. Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, walkways, and surrounding areas. Assist with general outdoor maintenance duties as assigned. Operate cleanup equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and company vehicles. Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed. Requirements Valid driver’s license required. Must have own reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites. Ability to work night shifts and 7 days a week as required. Previous outdoor labor or cleanup experience is an asset but not required. Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
