About the Role We are seeking a driven, tech-savvy, and high-energy Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hamilton. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our market footprint across Southwestern Ontario. You will consult with business owners, executives, and IT directors to align Audcomp’s industry-leading Managed Services (AMS), cloud infrastructure, and security frameworks with their organizational goals. This is a hunter role designed for a professional who thrives on building a pipeline, closing deals, and commanding their earning potential. With an on-target earning (OTE) potential of $120,000 in your first year, your success will be directly rewarded through a competitive base salary and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure. Responsibilities - Recent Business Development: Proactively prospect, cold-call, network, and leverage social selling to identify and qualify new B2B lead opportunities within Southwestern Ontario. - Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and discovery to pitching, negotiating, and closing contracts. - Consultative Selling: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments alongside Audcomp’s system engineers and virtual CIOs (vCIOs) to deliver bespoke IT, cloud, and security proposals. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technology partner and identifying up-selling/cross-selling opportunities. - Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, pipeline data, and forecasts in our CRM platform. - Stay Industry-Current: Keep abreast of emerging technology trends, cyber threat landscapes, and competitive offerings to effectively position Audcomp’s unique value proposition. Qualifications - Experience: 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience. Experience within Managed IT Services (MSP), SaaS, telecommunications, or technology procurement is highly preferred. - Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding net-new sales quotas and targets. - Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable pitching to C-suite executives and business owners. - Technical Aptitude: A strong curiosity for technology. While you don't need to be an engineer, you must be comfortable learning and discussing IT concepts like cloud migration, help desk support, and data backup. - Drive: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with a competitive "hunter" mindset. - Mobility: Valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle for local travel to client sites. Required Skills - Proven B2B sales experience. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Technical aptitude and curiosity. - Self-motivated and organized. Preferred Skills - Experience in Managed IT Services (MSP), SaaS, telecommunications, or technology procurement. - History of exceeding sales quotas.
