Head of Marketing ServerMania – Infrastructure, Cloud & AI Hosting Location : Hybrid — Stoney Creek, ON | Type: Full-Time | Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 CAD annually, dependent on experience About ServerMania ServerMania operates global infrastructure platforms supporting customers across cloud, AI, hosting, and enterprise workloads. We build and manage high-performance dedicated server, GPU infrastructure, and cloud hosting solutions — including our AraCloud platform — serving customers who demand reliability, performance, and technical depth. Based at 205-1040 South Service Road, Stoney Creek, Ontario, we've built a 20+ year legacy in the infrastructure space and are actively expanding into emerging GPU and AI compute markets. What We Offer - $125,000 – $140,000 CAD annually, dependent on experience - Hybrid work arrangement — 2–3 days in office per week, negotiable - 3 weeks paid time off annually - Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage - Great Place To Work® certified employer - High-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the CRO - A growing company with real influence over go-to-market strategy and execution About the Role ServerMania is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing programs that drive revenue growth across our infrastructure platforms — dedicated servers, GPU infrastructure, and AraCloud. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will translate go-to-market strategy into effective marketing execution across campaigns, content, digital channels, and product launches. You will oversee the marketing team, coordinate external agencies, and ensure marketing initiatives support measurable pipeline growth and brand visibility in key infrastructure markets. This is a player-coach role for a marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational capability in a fast-moving technical environment. What You'll Do Marketing Strategy & GTM Execution - Translate company go-to-market strategy into actionable marketing initiatives and campaigns - Refine ideal customer profiles, market segmentation, and messaging frameworks - Coordinate product launches, campaign initiatives, and marketing priorities across departments - Ensure alignment between marketing programs and revenue objectives Demand Generation & Campaign Leadership - Develop and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities - Oversee paid acquisition, content marketing, SEO initiatives, and digital programs - Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion performance - Guide messaging and campaign strategy across multiple marketing channels Marketing Operations & Systems - Maintain visibility into marketing performance across ActiveCampaign, analytics, and campaign tools - Ensure marketing systems, tracking, and reporting support growth initiatives - Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation tools into marketing workflows to improve efficiency and insight generation - Collaborate with RevOps on marketing data integrity, attribution, and funnel visibility Team Leadership & Execution Management - Lead and coordinate the marketing team across campaign, content, and SEO functions - Provide direction and support to internal marketing contributors and external agencies - Establish clear priorities, workflows, and accountability for marketing initiatives - Ensure consistent execution of marketing programs and campaigns Brand, Content & Market Visibility - Guide brand narrative, messaging consistency, and technical thought leadership - Oversee development of website content, campaign materials, and sales enablement resources - Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels and marketing programs - Support the company's visibility within infrastructure, cloud, AI, and developer communities Performance Measurement & Optimization - Monitor marketing performance across traffic, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution - Evaluate campaign performance and optimize programs for stronger outcomes - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership - Ensure marketing efforts support long-term revenue growth objectives What You Bring Experience - 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated progression into marketing leadership - Background in cloud, hosting, infrastructure, or technical SaaS environments - Proven track record managing marketing teams and multi-channel marketing programs - Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, landing pages, and digital campaigns - Experience managing external agencies and coordinating multi-vendor marketing initiatives Skills - Strong campaign strategy and execution capabilities — from planning through to measurement - Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms — ActiveCampaign experience is a strong asset - Demonstrated use of AI tools in marketing workflows for research, campaign development, and data analysis - Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling market messaging - Strong organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Ability to bring structure, operational discipline, and scalability to a growing marketing environment What Success Looks Like — Year One - Stronger alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue growth objectives - Increased visibility and authority within infrastructure, cloud, AI, and developer markets - Measurable improvement across marketing channels, campaigns, and funnel conversion - Transparent marketing processes and execution discipline across the team Work Arrangement This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week at our Stoney Creek, Ontario office, negotiable based on team needs. Candidates must reside within a maximum 1.5-hour commute of our office at 205-1040 South Service Road, Stoney Creek, Ontario, L8E 6G3.
