The Department of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University invites applications for a full-time appointment in the tenure track- teaching category at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor commencing July 1, 2026. The position is a teaching intensive role with shared responsibilities in the Integrated Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences (iBioMed) program and the DeGroote Heersink Hub. The successful candidate will be a full-time member of the Division of Education and Innovation and will be expected to contribute to the academic mission of the Faculty and Division. In addition to teaching, the successful candidate is expected to supervise undergraduate and graduate level student projects and take on leadership roles. The successful candidate will hold a doctorate in biomedical engineering, business, or other related discipline. Expertise in entrepreneurship and business within the health sector, health systems, medical technology development pathways, and complexity/systems thinking is required. A strong record of accomplishment of facilitation and teaching in interdisciplinary and inquiry-based learning environments is essential.
