About the Role We are a growing multi-location healthcare organization looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day financial operations from payroll and vendor payments to month-end close and contractor reporting. What You’ll Do - Manage the full month-end close process in QuickBooks Online across 12+ locations - Reconcile and monitor bank accounts daily; prepare daily cash flow summaries for ownership - Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for ownership - Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives - Run bi-weekly payroll through ADP, including employee reimbursements - Manage accounts payable and process vendor payments - Process monthly contractor payments to independent physician contractors based on clinic billings - Calculate and process monthly commissions What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role - Post secondary education in a related field is an asset - Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) - Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple recurring deadlines - Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload - Experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment is a definite asset - Precise, polished and accountable Why Join Us?
