Lead and optimize operations as a Production Supervisor at our chemical plant. Leverage your 2nd Class TSSA Ticket to oversee compliance and train staff effectively. Reporting to the Chief Operating Engineer, this role demands extensive expertise in chemical processing and involves supervising maintenance and operations. You'll implement safety practices, ensure adherence to regulations, and evaluate process performance data to maintain efficiency. Collaborating with various departments, you'll also develop training programs and monitor performance while preparing for inspections.
