Logistics Coordinator (Hamilton)

Duties - Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials, tools, and finished parts - Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers, couriers, and logistics providers - Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices - Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse logistics planning - Ensure that all international shipments comply with relevant import/export laws - Liaise with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service to align logistics with production schedules and delivery deadlines Requirements - 2+ years of experience in logistics, or supply chain coordination - Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems - Experience in a CNC or precision manufacturing setting - Knowledge of trade compliance and customs regulations Pay rate - $26.67 per hour paid weekly every Friday Shift - Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm Apply today!
