Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Hamilton

Major Responsibilities of the Role: · As a Mabe Customer Service Specialist, you will receive inbound calls from our customers within Canada. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer inquiries regarding product warranty and requests to book service calls on appliances. You will complete transactions in real time, work simultaneously with multiple software applications, consistently follow-up on commitments in a timely manner and appropriately identify and escalate unresolved matters.
