Coordinator For Lung Health Research Hamilton

Take the next step in your research career as a Coordinator at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, supporting the Lung Health Initiative. Manage participant recruitment and study compliance processes effectively. In this role, you will coordinate a nationwide multi-centre study, focusing on participants with asthma and COPD as well as healthy controls. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance across nine academic centers, managing participant follow-up and data integrity. You will liaise with a network of researchers and clinical staff while supervising upcoming team members in study protocols. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day activities of the longitudinal study • Schedule and conduct participant telemonitoring visits • Oversee communication among research teams • Enter and validate study data for completeness • Maintain and prepare REB submissions for compliance Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in medical/biology fields • 4+ years of relevant clinical research experience • Proficient in MS Office and REDCap • Experience in ethics and participant recruitment • Excellent organizational and communication skills Enhance lung health initiatives through effective research coordination and participant management.
