The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering authentic Italian culinary experiences. What you'll do: - Run the floor during evening and weekend shifts — staff supervision, customer service, cash-out, close - Maintain our standards on product display, food safety, and store presentation - Step in confidently with difficult customers and turn the moment around - Coach junior staff through the rhythm of a busy, production-driven workplace - Close the store with the care it deserves What we're looking for: - 3+ years in food service, deli, bakery, or grocery — supervisory experience preferred - Calm under pressure and genuinely warm with customers - Reliable.
