Registered Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care (Hamilton)

Join our team as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Hamilton, Ontario, working part time from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive long-term care setting. This RPN role at 125 Wentworth Street South is focused on collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet the diverse needs of our residents. Responsibilities include medication administration, timely communication of resident changes, and adherence to regulations. You'll play an integral role in ensuring quality of life for the residents while advocating for their participation in care decisions.
