This posting is on behalf of one of our clients, who are currently seeking Entry-level Representatives to join their growing team in Hamilton, ON. ------- Representatives: Brand Ambassador/ Fundraising Representatives – Sales & Customer Service Background Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time (5 days); Part-time (3 days) in-person Job Summary Our client is seeking passionate and results-driven Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, marketing, or customer engagement who can handle objections confidently and communicate with empathy. You’ll be representing well-known charitable causes while building lasting donor relationships that make a measurable impact in your community. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute fundraising/Brand Ambassador campaigns to achieve daily and weekly goals. - Engage with members of the public in residential and community settings to build awareness and secure long-term donors. - Communicate the mission and values of our partnered charities clearly and persuasively. - Maintain accurate records of donor information using our CRM system. - Collaborate with team leads and management to refine campaign strategies. - Provide exceptional service to donors, ensuring every interaction is positive and transparent. - Stay informed about current campaigns, partner organisations, and fundraising best practices. Qualifications & Skills - Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to handle objections and stay motivated under pressure. - Professional attitude with a passion for making a difference. - Availability to work between 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM, Monday – Friday. Vehicle is not required for this position. Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: - Fundraisers/Brand Ambassadors are compensated from a large marketing budget provided by our charity clients. - Per-diem safety-net pay commission performance bonus. - On average, new representatives secure 2–3 donors per day, earning approximately $800 – $1,000 per week after training. - Training & Support: Free and paid training programs to ensure you’re set up for success. - Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement into leadership and campaign management roles. - Team Culture: Supportive, goal-oriented, and collaborative work environment. - Expenses: Mileage reimbursement and gas allowance ($50 – $100 per week on average).
