Dental Receptionist (Hamilton)

Join Our Friendly Team! Location: Upper James, Hamilton, ON Schedule: Monday to Thursday – No Weekends! Our busy, well-established dental office has proudly served the Hamilton community for over 25 years. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and positive Dental Receptionist to join our reception team. At our office, our patients are our priority. We are seeking someone who is professional, compassionate, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities: - Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service - Answering and directing phone calls - Scheduling appointments and filling openings in the schedule - Charting and maintaining accurate patient records - Billing patients and processing payments - Submitting insurance claims and following up as required - Processing CDCP claims - Coordinating patient communications and appointment confirmations - Supporting the clinical and administrative team as needed Qualifications: - Previous dental reception experience preferred - Knowledge of Abeldent is considered a strong asset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Robust organizational and multitasking abilities - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset - Reliable, professional, and patient-focused Schedule: - Monday to Thursday - Combination of 2 evening shifts and 2 day shifts - Weekends off What We Offer: - Competitive compensation based on experience - Supportive and friendly team environment - Opportunity to work in a respected practice with over 25 years of service to the community - Stable weekday schedule with weekends free - Dental benefits If you are passionate about providing excellent patient care and are looking to become part of a dedicated team, we would love to hear from you.
