General Labour /Pool Techncian (Innisfil)

The Role: We're looking for a reliable, hard-working general labourer to join our crew for the upcoming pool season. You'll be hands-on from day one — helping install above-ground swimming pools, opening and closing pools in the spring and fall, and assisting with service calls and maintenance visits across our service area. What You'll Be Doing: Assisting with above-ground pool installations (levelling, assembly, water, electrical hookup support) Performing pool openings and closings Completing weekly maintenance and service visits Loading/unloading equipment and materials Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized Representing Instant Pools professionally at every customer home What We're Looking For: Valid Ontario G (or G2) driver's licence — required Reliable personal vehicle to get yourself to job sites — required Ability to do physical outdoor work (lifting, digging, kneeling, working in all weather) Dependable, punctual, and a solid work ethic Ability to take direction and work well as part of a small team Previous landscaping, construction, or pool experience is an asset — but we'll train the right person What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Work outdoors in a hands-on, varied role — no two days the same Be part of a trusted, long-established local business Opportunity to grow your skills in the pool and home services industry Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Seasonal Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Location - Innisfil, ON (preferred) Work Location: On the road Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o3djf
