Take charge of aircraft maintenance as the Production Manager at Keewatin Air, responsible for overseeing comprehensive maintenance operations within a rotational schedule. Your leadership will ensure compliance and efficiency for key aircraft models.
You will report to the Maintenance Manager while managing a skilled team to maintain aircraft such as the Citation 560. This role is pivotal in planning and executing maintenance tasks, ensuring all operations adhere to regulatory standards. Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills are essential to support a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:• Schedule maintenance tasks to reduce aircraft downtime • Track aircraft status and maintenance progress • Uphold compliance with all regulatory guidelines • Secure necessary parts and tools in coordination with stores • Maintain thorough documentation of all maintenance activities
Requirements:• Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer M1/M2 certification • 5+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience • 3+ years in a supervisory capacity • Understand Transport Canada regulations thoroughly • Need to obtain driving and security licenses
