Our work emphasizes clean rack builds, meticulous cable dressing/labeling, and systems that perform flawlessly.Most all of our projects involve high-performance audio systems and dedicated cinema rooms in luxury homes. We are seeking an experienced residential AV integration technician to assist our lead installer with premium projects. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in precision installation, thoughtful system design, and solving complex integration challenges.Typical Projects• High-performance distributed audio systems • Dedicated home cinema installations • Smart home automation systems • Residential networking and streaming systems • Structured wiring and pre-wire • Rack fabrication with professional cable dressing • System commissioning and troubleshootingRequired Experience• Minimum 6 years residential AV integration experience • Structured wiring and pre-wire in new construction and retrofit • Rack assembly and professional cable management • Flat panel TV, projector, and screen installation • Residential network setup (wired and wireless)• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Bonus Experience • NICE / ELAN / URC systems • Lutron lighting or shading systems • Dolby Atmos / surround sound calibration • blueprint mark-ups/wiring diagrams • CEDIA certification Additional Requirements • Valid Texas driver’s license with clean record• Ability to lift at least 60 pounds • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship • Professional communication and customer service skills Freelance /project-based partime technicians are welcome to apply.
