Property manager Position Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Property Manager to lead the operations of a multifamily apartment community. This role is responsible not only for daily management, but also for maximizing occupancy, driving revenue growth, and improving asset performance. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with a hands-on, ownership mindset.What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. Driving Property Performance Lead all efforts to achieve and exceed occupancy, rental income, and NOI targets Actively manage pricing, concessions, and leasing strategy based on market conditions Identify opportunities to improve revenue and control expenses2. Leading the On-Site Team Recruit, train, and motivate leasing and maintenance staff Create accountability through clear goals, metrics, and performance management Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, and high performance 3. Leasing&Revenue Strategy Oversee leasing traffic, conversion rates, and closing performance Ensure follow-up systems are in place and executed consistently Review market comps and adjust pricing strategy accordingly 4. Resident Retention&Experience Implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and renewals Handle escalated resident concerns and ensure timely resolution Maintain strong community engagement and reputation 5. Financial&Operational Oversight Manage budgets, monitor variances, and control operating costs Review delinquency and lead collections efforts Approve invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial discipline 6. Asset&Maintenance Oversight Partner with maintenance team to ensure fast turns and quality work Walk the property regularly to maintain curb appeal and standards Plan and execute capital improvements as needed
