Line Cook (Westsyde)

The Greek Kouzina Expressis expanding its team and is currently seeking two Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen. We operate an open show kitchen and are looking for candidates with an outgoing and energetic personality who love to cook and take pride in their work. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential, as our kitchen interacts directly with guests. The same level of care and professionalism is expected when supporting our mobile food vending unit and catering services. Terms of Employment Permanent Full time and part time positions available Afternoons, evenings, and weekends Approximately 30 - 40 hours per week Work Location 2992 Westsyde Rd Kamloops BC V2B 7H6 Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast paced environment Ability to work under pressure Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, crouching, and kneeling as required Personal Suitability Flexible and reliable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer focused Team oriented Additional Skills and Responsibilities Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Establish and follow proper cooking and preparation methods Address customer questions or concerns professionally Prepare and cook orders in an open kitchen environment with direct customer interaction Strong attention to detail and sanitation is essential Experience Requirements Minimum two years of recent experience as a Line Cook Minimum two years of customer service experience Please note that no phone calls or in store visits will be accepted.
