Member Service Advisor - Ashcroft Branch

Beem Credit Union is looking for a Member Service Advisor to join our Ashcroft Branch. At Beem, you will play a vital role in driving the company's financial success by addressing members' core needs with excellence. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend and cross‑sell additional products and services.

What you’ll do

Open accounts, process investments&lending transactions.

Conduct loan interviews and collect and compile relevant information for credit risk adjudication.

Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, wires, drafts, term deposits, etc.

Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.

Assist with branch administrative duties such as outgoing cheque deposit, ATM balancing, Night Deposit, etc.

Balance treasury blotter and post transactions daily.

What will you bring

1‑3 years of job‑related experience in a financial sales and service environment.

Basic understanding of credit products and procedures.

Knowledgeable in full range of investment products.

Financial planning courses considered an asset.

High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation, Performance&Recognition Annual salary range: $47,500– $58,100. Pay is based on your skills, experience, and the value you bring, with annual salary reviews. We recognize strong performance through meaningful recognition and, where applicable, performance bonuses tied to shared goals.
