Key Responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive reception and administrative support • Manage data entry and schedule client appointments • Prepare reports and routine correspondence • Oversee medical supply inventories and equipment cleanliness • Facilitate the delivery of necessary supplies and biological materials
Requirements:• Completion of Grade 12 education • Office administration certificate required • At least one year of related experience or equivalent education • Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
