This permanent full-time role requires you to assist clients through phone, chat, and email while diagnosing technical problems with software and related hardware. Requirements:• 1-3 years of experience in technical customer support • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Understanding of both software and hardware systems • Proficient in using help desk software • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
