Machine Operator (100 Mile House)

OT Timber Frames is looking to hire a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our team immediately for a short-term project lasting approximately 1–2 months. We are seeking a hardworking, motivated individual who is committed to showing up on time every day and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to help keep projects on schedule. Responsibilities - Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including: - Excavators - Bulldozers - Dump trucks - Other construction equipment as required - Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks - Follow all site safety procedures and company policies - Assist with site preparation, grading, material movement, and cleanup - Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work workplace Qualifications - Previous experience operating heavy equipment required - Valid driver’s license required - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Dependable and punctual - Ability to work long hours, overtime, and weekends when needed - Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For We want someone who: - Takes pride in their work - Shows up on time every day - Is highly motivated and dependable - Works safely and efficiently - Is willing to step up and help wherever needed Compensation - Competitive pay based on experience - Overtime opportunities available Start Date: ASAP Pay: From $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2otw0i
