Housekeeping Supervisor (Sun Peaks)

Housekeeping Supervisor - Assigns daily tasks to team members including Sundance Lodge Staff and Contracted Cleaning Staff - Verifies the cleanliness standards of all completed tasks and ensures consistent standards are upheld for guests - Ensures ongoing feedback and training of onsite staff to increase efficiencies and cleanliness - Handles routine duties, such as cleaning guest rooms and hallways, recycling, and reporting any lost and found items or maintenance issues - Performs cleaning of our common space areas including public washrooms, lobby, fitness area, hallways, stairways as required - Assist with onsite Laundry as required - Adheres to quality and industry standards when completing tasks - Follows established occupational Health & Safety procedures and policies when completing tasks - Ensures the security of the property, the staff, and guests when completing tasks - Stocks supplies and maintains inventory levels within assigned area. Responsible for ensuring stock is ordered. - Acts as an representative of Sundance Lodge, including making guests feel welcome and handling basic inquiries - Demonstrates a superior customer service attitude with internal / external contacts - Other duties as required Requirements: - Must be able to attend work in Sun Peaks - Staff Housing/Transport is NOT provided - Physical mobility and stamina - Professional attitude - Previous experience working in a housekeeping or laundry role an required - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail If you are a motivated individual with a passion for cleaning and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
