As an Office Administrator for Andrew Sheret Limited, the role involves overseeing various administrative and reception tasks at the branch to ensure the smooth internal operations, such as answering and transferring incoming calls, taking messages, greeting customers, cashiering, and other tasks as required. Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide an excellent First Impression - Answering and directing incoming phone calls - Cooperate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service - Assisting with quotes and invoicing - Accurate data entry - Document and report creation and analysis - General administrative duties Requirements: - Completion of Grade 12 - Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and keyboarding skills - Strong analytic abilities - Capacity to multi-task and prioritize with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy - Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to business - Completes tasks thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently - Ability to solve problems Desirable: - Prior office experience - Familiar with the industry and/or products Since 1892, ANDREW SHERET LIMITED has specialized in providing a large inventory of plumbing and heating products to customers in Western Canada.
