The Role As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll perform scheduled services across residential homes throughout Kamloops—window washing, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, and more. You'll interact with customers daily, educate them about our services, and recommend additional work when applicable. This is a performance-based role where your earnings reflect your efficiency and sales skills. Your Responsibilities Complete window washing, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related services Maintain a clean, well-equipped work vehicle Educate customers and upsell additional services Deliver world-class customer service on every job Work safely with ladders, roofs, and cleaning chemicals Keep equipment in good working order What We're Looking For Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Valid driver's license (ability to tow a trailer is a plus) When you apply message the word "elephant" to show that you've read the entire job description Strong interpersonal and sales skills Organized, productive, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to work hard Requirements Fill Out The Application Why Join Us This is a results-oriented role where you control your income.
