Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator / Recruiter to support our growing organization. This role is responsible for managing recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding, and providing day-to-day administrative support across a range of HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and confident working with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Position Summary The HR Administrator / Recruiter is an entry-level role designed for someone who is eager to build a career in human resources and talent acquisition. This position manages the full-cycle recruiting process while supporting a positive employee experience from hiring through onboarding. Working closely with managers, the successful candidate will help identify staffing needs, maintain job postings, support recruitment efforts, and contribute to employee engagement and other core HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities · Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. · Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit for the role and company culture. · Collaborate with managers to understand departmental needs and develop accurate, effective job descriptions. · Maintain and update job postings across recruitment platforms. · Organize and coordinate the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. · Prepare and send onboarding documentation and ensure completion of required forms, contracts, and company policies. · Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, values, and workplace expectations. · Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, performance reviews, and workforce planning. · Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including benefits administration and employee inquiries. Qualifications · Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Talent acquisition and recruiting experience. · Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. · Proven ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability. · Familiarity with employee relations and training and development practices. · Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. · Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information. Preferred Qualifications · Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred, or a strong commitment to achieving this designation.
