Dining Room Server at Retirement Concepts, Cariboo and West Okanagan (100 Mile House)

Enhance the dining experience for residents as a Server at Retirement Concepts. Deliver exceptional customer service in our dining room, resident lounges, and for room service.

This position involves comprehensive service responsibilities, including table preparation, food presentation, and maintaining cleanliness. With 1-2 years of experience in a dining setting preferred, the successful candidate will assist with communication between residents and staff while ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Certificates in Food Safe Level 1 and WHMIS are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare dining rooms for all service events • Clear and bus tables while ensuring cleanliness • Maintain a respectful and safe dining environment • Foster positive communication among staff and residents • Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks as required

Requirements:• Grade 10 or equivalent education • 1-2 years dining room experience preferred • Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certificates • Must pass a vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check • Physically fit to operate food service equipment
