Join Highland Valley Copper in Logan Lake, BC as a Field Maintenance Supervisor overseeing mobile mining equipment maintenance. Lead a dynamic team while driving safety and reliability initiatives.

In this full-time on-site role, you will report to the General Supervisor of Mine Maintenance. You will possess a strong mechanical background and supervisory experience, ensuring operational excellence by managing maintenance calls and supervising trades. Your ability to triage tasks and maintain clear communication will be critical to the efficiency of mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead safety initiatives adhering to environmental regulations • Oversee various trades in field maintenance • Enhance employee performance through coaching and evaluations • Coordinate with dispatchers and asset health specialists • Manage urgent maintenance and reliability programs

Requirements:• Valid Heavy Duty Mechanic Interprovincial Red Seal certification • Five (5) years of trades experience with mining equipment • One year of supervisory experience • Digital literacy with Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience with Wenco, Minestar or Grafana is an asset
