Machine Operator 100 Mile House

OT Timber Frames is looking to hire a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our team immediately for a short-term project lasting approximately 1–2 months. We are seeking a hardworking, motivated individual who is committed to showing up on time every day and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to help keep projects on schedule. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including: Excavators Bulldozers Dump trucks Other construction equipment as required Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Follow all site safety procedures and company policies Assist with site preparation, grading, material movement, and cleanup Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work workplace Qualifications Previous experience operating heavy equipment required Valid driver’s license required Solid work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to work long hours, overtime, and weekends when needed Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For We want someone who: Takes pride in their work Shows up on time every day Is highly motivated and dependable Works safely and efficiently Is willing to step up and help wherever needed Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Start Date: ASAP Pay: From $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p95u2
