Support HR operations as an HR Business Partner I. Provide operational help, manage payroll, and coordinate hiring to enhance site employee experiences. This position involves daily interactions with employees and site leadership. You will manage employee inquiries and oversee the recruitment process for hourly roles, ensuring that qualified candidates are hired. Your contribution will be essential in administering benefits programs and conducting comprehensive new employee orientations, supporting the overall HR function within the organization.
