Craftsman Collision is seeking an Estimator to work closely with the front office team. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience and a solid background in customer service. You will educate clients, manage appointments, and utilize Mitchell, Audatex, and ALLDATA software for estimates.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide top-tier customer service internally and externally • Resolve concerns and escalate to management as needed • Determine customer needs for estimates and bookings • Proactively reduce customer effort and improve experience • Inspect vehicles to prepare accurate damage estimates

Requirements:• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience • Post-secondary education or related experience preferred • Familiarity with Mitchell Estimating, Audatex • Strong communication skills and customer service focus • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
