Security Guard Supervisor with Travel, Kamloops

Oversee security operations as a Security Guard Supervisor requiring travel. Promote safety, supervise staff, and coordinate activities to ensure seamless operations while supporting clients with special needs.

In this role, you will supervise a team of 5-10 security personnel while coordinating and scheduling activities across departments. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, resolving work issues, and training staff on safety procedures and company policies, all while making critical decisions during emergencies.

Requirements:• High school graduation certificate required • 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience • Valid Security Guard License • Strong supervisory skills and technical problem-solving ability • Willingness to travel frequently
