Sicamous RV&Cabin Resort for the summer camping season.This role blends guest services and housekeeping, offering a hands-on, engagingposition where no two days look the same. As a
GuestExperience Team Member , you’ll be a key part of our onsiteteam—welcoming guests, supporting resort operations, keeping accommodations andcommon areas looking their best, and helping create the warm, relaxedatmosphere that keeps guests coming back year after year. This is a
seasonal position running from May to September ,with both
full-time and part-time opportunities
available. As a summerresort, weekend and holiday availability is required. WhatYou’ll Be Doing You’ll split your time between guest-facing andbehind-the-scenes responsibilities, making this a perfect role for someone whoenjoys staying active, meeting new people, and taking pride in their work.Tasks include but are not limited to: Cleaning and preparing rental cabins, suites, and washroomsto Pinnacle Lifestyles standards. Vacuuming and mopping floors, changing and replenishing bedlinens and towels, and restocking guest amenities Cleaning shared resort facilities such as the store, mainbuilding, laundry areas, and outdoor washing stationsRemoving waste and recycling and replacing liners as needed Completing periodic deep cleaning of accommodations andfacilities Using cleaning products and chemicals safely and accordingto proper procedures Reporting maintenance issues or damages so they can beaddressed quickly Assisting guests with basic questions and providingfriendly, helpful service when encountered on propertyWorking closely with the resort team to ensureaccommodations are guest-ready and standards are maintained Maintain a clean, welcoming environment across shared guestspace Pitching in wherever needed to help keep the resort lookingits best WhatWe’re Looking For We’relooking for a dependable team member who takes pride in their work and enjoyscontributing to a great guest experience.The idealcandidate will have: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred not required) A strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness Good time management and the ability to work efficientlyduring busy turnover days A positive, team-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skillsReliability, flexibility, and the ability to adapt infast-paced environment The ability to stand, bend, live and move for extendedperiods during shifts. Comfort working in a resort environment that includes bothindoors and outdoor tasks.
