Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef/Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling procedures at all times Serve meals efficiently to guests, ensuring timely delivery Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols diligently Support meal preparation during busy service hours, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed Experience Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, especially in a rapid-paced setting Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving guests and providing excellent customer service is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong understanding of the food industry trends and quality standards This position is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts who thrive in team-oriented environments.
