Compensation

Salary 18.25 to 21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 10 to 30 hours per week Terms of employment Permanent employment Part time Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. All weather conditions Work setting

Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Perform minor repairs on appliances Perform safety and security checks Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Work with minimal supervision Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areasPerform routine maintenance Operate chainsaw to fell, delimb and buck trees Maintain clean and safe work environment Organize tasks to accomplish the work Area of specialization

Grounds maintenance Equipment

Power tools Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments) Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment Snowblower Work conditions and physical capabilities
