We’re looking for a reliable line cook who can execute at a high level during service while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. This role requires someone who can work both independently and as part of a tight team. Responsibilities

Set up and prepare the kitchen for service Execute tickets to spec (portion, presentation, timing) Maintain consistency and quality under pressure Complete daily prep tasks efficiently and correctly Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food‑safe at all times Communicate clearly with the team during serviceStep in where needed—no task is below anyone What We’re Looking For

1+ year experience in a fast‑paced kitchen preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to stay composed under pressure Can work independently without constant supervision Team‑first attitude with no ego Basic knife skills and food safety knowledge What We Offer
