In this role, you'll mentor kitchen staff and lead operations when the Head Chef is away. Your responsibilities include overseeing food preparation and presentation while contributing to menu development for exclusive events. You will manage inventory and stock rotation to maintain freshness and control costs, ensuring a well-organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead daily kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence • Oversee food plating and presentation with excellence • Collaborate on specialized menus for events • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety • Manage inventory and stock supervision

Requirements:• Strong background in fine dining or luxury kitchens • 2–4 years of Sous Chef experience • Effective leadership and communication skills • Food Safe Level 1 certification • Ability to manage pressure and stay organized
