We are currently hiring a Journeyperson Welder in our Kamloops shop. Benefits

Maintain and repair Caterpillar Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment and Expanded Mining Equipment Component rebuild and repair Some Manufacturing Perform routine maintenance work Occasional work at heights and confined spaces Frequent bending, squatting, climbing, and lifting/pushing of up to 45 pounds without assistanceComplete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes) Interact with customers, sales support, and the rest of the Finning team Work with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand on various tasks as required Qualifications

Journeyperson Welder Ticket with Interprovincial Certification Minimum 2 years experience as a Journeyperson Welder Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail Strong welding aptitude: vertical, flat, and overhead test for both SMAW and FCAW, machining experience is beneficialStrong line boring experience will be considered an asset Important Details
