Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site position for an Office Assistant at our Kamloops, BC location. The Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support efficient office operations. Daily responsibilities include managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, maintainingrecords, and ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will assist day‑to‑day office procedures and provide excellent communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally
Skills in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, document management, and data entry
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Competency in managing Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, and computers
Experience in performing routine Clerical Skills such as filing, record‑keeping, and correspondence management
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administrative tasks is an asset
