Enhance citizen interactions as a Customer Experience Specialist for City Services. This role requires handling inquiries, processing payments, and delivering exemplary service across multiple channels. We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist with a post-secondary diploma and at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in a municipal setting. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, creating service requests, and administering licenses and permits. You'll also engage with customers for various municipal documents and assist with financial reconciliation.
