Job Posting: Excavation & Septic Crew Foreman We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Foreman to lead our team and oversee projects in office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining safety standards. Please read this ad carefully. We will only interview candidates with the right experience. Your Main Duties · Run a crew: Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively on-site · Do site take-offs: Measure and count materials needed. · Write quotes: Calculate job costs for clients. · Daily reports: Track progress and paperwork. · Customer relations: Talk clearly with clients. Job Requirements · Proven experience in excavation and septic work. Experience in hardscape, excavating, grading and waterproofing is beneficial. · Strong leadership and communication skills. · Ability to read site plans. · Good problem-solving skills on active jobs. Qualifications · Proven experience supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management practices · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates · Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations in a construction workplace · Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously · Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members · Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred Pay and Benefits · Wage: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. · Rate: Based on your experience. · References: Required upon request.
