Our team lives and breathes the ride — whether it’s on the road, the trail, or the water. The Opportunity We are looking for a Part-Time Parts Advisor to join our busy parts department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering great customer service. You’ll assist customers and technicians with parts lookups, orders, and sales across multiple product lines. Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, by phone, and online - Identify, locate, and sell OEM and aftermarket parts for BRP, Mercury Marine, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and KTM products - Process sales, returns, and special orders accurately - Assist with inventory management, stocking, labeling, and merchandising - Support the service department with parts requests and coordination - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts area Qualifications - Previous experience in a dealership parts department (powersports, marine, or automotive) preferred - Strong familiarity with BRP systems and products an asset - Experience with Lightspeed EVO is an asset but not mandatory - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Friendly and professional attitude with a customer-first approach - Must be available to work Saturdays and other weekends as required during the season - Valid G driver’s license (motorcycle or boating experience an asset) Why Join HB Cycle - Work with an established, family-owned dealership with deep roots in the powersports community - Competitive hourly wage based on experience - Staff discounts on parts, accessories, and apparel - Positive, hands-on, and passionate team workplace Benefits: - Casual dress - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pjhv4
