We have an almost 2 year old daughter, Nora, and are looking for a part time nanny to care for her starting in July when I return to work (3 days/week). We practice attachment parenting and are looking for someone who genuinely understands toddler development someone who meets big feelings with calm and patience, and knows that co-regulation is more key than compliance. Nora is a curious, energetic little girl who loves being outside, and wed love someone who enjoys getting out for walks and being truly present with her.
