Position Summary ARGENCanada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, dental software, and materials to dental labs and denturist clinics. Argen is seeking a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to work 32–40 hrs/week in its Kelowna office during the summer months (now until the end of August). Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries, requests, and concerns. Connect with customers and colleagues from different departments, process orders and adjustments, and maintain accurate database records. Coordinate pickups and shipments and resolve questions and concerns through email and phone. Provide administrative support to the office, ensuring a dynamic and effective work environment. Qualifications Personable, adaptable, proactive, and a proven team player. Customer-focused with strong communication skills and a sincere desire to help. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up and follow through consistently. Confident in using a variety of technologies. Available to work full-time from now until the end of August.
