Full Time Learning Coach At Flex Academy Kelowna

Become a Learning Coach at Flex Academy for the school year. Support student learning and facilitate personalized educational experiences in an in office role. Flex Academy is seeking dedicated Learning Coaches working 33 hours per week. In this position, you will extend the impact of teachers while focusing on individual and small-group student engagement. Collaboration with staff to create personalized learning opportunities is key, as is helping students build essential self-advocacy and executive functioning skills. Key Responsibilities: • Support emotional, spiritual, and academic growth of students • Collaborate with staff for curriculum development and personalized learning • Organize and lead student clubs based on interests • Track student progress and ensure timely course completion • Maintain regular communication with students, families, and staff Requirements: • Commitment to Biblical Attributes and KCCS beliefs • Robust team collaboration and self-reflection • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills • Proficient in technology and various online tools • Ability to manage confidential information sensitively Support student growth and facilitate meaningful learning at Flex Academy as a Learning Coach.
