Swim Instructor Mobile Kelowna

Position Overview: We are seeking friendly, reliable, and experienced swim instructors to join our team for the summer. As an instructor, you’ll teach one-on-one or small group lessons at clients' private pools. This is a adaptable, mobile role ideal for instructors who are comfortable working independently, traveling between locations, and creating a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities: Travel to client homes throughout Kelowna to provide private swim instruction Teach swim skills according to age and ability (using the Swim for Life program if requested) Plan and lead lessons independently at each location Ensure a protected, engaging, and fun learning workplace Communicate progress and feedback to parents/guardians Manage your schedule and travel between lessons efficiently Arrive on time and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor Qualifications: Swim Instructor certification (Lifesaving Society) Standard First Aid with CPR-C (current) Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required) Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children Ability to work independently and confidently while teaching on your own at client homes Responsible, organized, and self-motivated Valid National Lifeguard (NL) certification or Bronze Cross with relevant experience Why Join OKGN Swims?
